SHIPPING

Domestic: All jewelry is shipped via USPS Priority Mail, fully insured, tracked, with delivery confirmation. Domestic shipments generally deliver in 2-3 business days.
International: All jewelry is shipped via USPS Priority International Mail and delivery time is approximately 6-10 business days. Insurance is not available for International shipments. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility upon receipt. Not all countries allow the import of jewelry from overseas. Please check your country’s prohibited or restricted items before purchasing, here. If a purchase is made and addressed to a country where jewelry is a prohibited item, the order will be canceled, and payment refunded.
Once shipped, Dianna B Designs is not responsible for shipping issues once the jewelry has left the business’ control. Domestic shipments are fully insured and in the case of a lost, stolen, or damaged package, a claim can be filed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your item and would like a refund or exchange, please contact me within 7 days of receipt, and we will sort it out. Please return the package carefully with tracking. Jewelry must be in brand new, unworn condition for me to honor returns and exchanges. Thank you for your consideration!
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
CUSTOM WORK POLICIES
All custom jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable and work is generally completed within 4-8 weeks depending on the design. A design fee applied at sliding scale TBD at job intake. Custom projects require fifty percent of the total balance to start fabrication and the balance to be remitted prior to shipping or upon delivery for local pick-up. Sourcing gemstones requires a non-refundable fee of $150 which can be applied toward the final cost of your jewelry. Custom jewelry is guaranteed for six months after the final date of completion. I am not responsible for accidental damage or negligence by the wearer. If we are working with your heirloom stones, you’ll be asked to sign a waiver releasing us of any liability to your property. Rush deliveries are available for a $300 fee.
